By accessing this website or using the services provided by Psychics.co.uk (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Nature of Services
Psychics.co.uk provides psychic readings, mediumship sessions, spiritual guidance, group readings, online events, and related content for entertainment and personal development purposes.
Our services may be provided by Craig Hamilton-Parker, Jane Hamilton-Parker, or associated readers.
All readings are provided for entertainment purposes only. We do not claim to predict the future with certainty. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other specialist advice. You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions following any reading or guidance received.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By booking or using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
4. Booking and Payments
When you book a reading, session, event, or service, you agree to pay the stated fee in full. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Session times are allocated as stated at the time of booking. Please ensure you are available at the time you book, as appointments are limited and reserved specifically for you.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice. If we cancel a paid booking and cannot offer a suitable alternative, a refund will be provided.
5. Cancellation, Refunds, and No-Shows
Craig’s reading appointments are extremely limited, and your booking reserves his time exclusively for you.
Once booked, appointments cannot normally be rescheduled. If you do not attend your session, we are unable to offer a refund, as that time cannot be reallocated.
Refund eligibility depends on the notice given:
More than 7 days’ notice: full refund.
Less than 7 days’ notice: no refund.
No-shows: no refund.
Where a booking is for a specific appointment, event, group session, webinar, or other dated service, your place is reserved for that specific date and time. Any statutory cancellation rights that may apply will be honoured, but these terms set out our standard cancellation policy for booked appointments and events.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, audio, written materials, graphics, recordings, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Psychics.co.uk, Craig Hamilton-Parker, or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, edit, share, broadcast, sell, or use any content without prior written consent.
Recordings of personal readings, group sessions, Zoom events, webinars, and other services remain the property of Craig Hamilton-Parker and Psychics.co.uk. Attendees, clients, and participants may not record, copy, broadcast, publish, distribute, or share any part of a session on public platforms, private groups, social media, or elsewhere without prior written permission.
7. Recording and Use of Group Reading Sessions
By attending, appearing in, speaking during, submitting questions to, or otherwise participating in any group reading, Zoom session, webinar, online event, or similar session with Craig Hamilton-Parker or Psychics.co.uk, you acknowledge and agree that the session may be recorded.
You grant permission for your image, voice, name, questions, comments, written submissions, and participation to be included in recordings. These recordings may be shared within members’ areas, Patreon, private subscription platforms, course materials, promotional materials, or, occasionally, on public channels such as YouTube, websites, or social media.
Where public use is made, this will usually be in the form of selected clips or edited extracts. Craig Hamilton-Parker and Psychics.co.uk retain full rights to edit, publish, withhold, remove, or reuse such recordings at their discretion.
If you do not wish to be recorded or included in any published material, you should not appear on camera, speak, submit personal questions, or participate in the recorded parts of the session.
Attendees must not record, copy, share, broadcast, publish, or distribute any part of a session without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psychics.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our website, readings, events, recordings, or services.
Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
