DEFINE: SPIRITUAL HEALING
Spiritual Healing is the channeling of spiritual energies by the healer to re-energise the patient to deal with illness or injury. In the East these energies are called 'prana' (The Sanskrit word for “breath,” Prana stands for the life force, a life energy, and it is involved in physical, mental and inner health.) In China the same energy is called Chi. Some spiritual healing techniques are called Reiki - a system developed in the early 1900's by Mikao Usui in Japan.
