This
page will help you to contact WorldPay if you have any questions
about your account. Worldpay are the online bank who process
orders placed at this site. Only the WorldPay bank see your
credit card details. We do not see your credit card details
so in most instances it is best to contact WorldPay about
changes to card details, card failures or queries regarding
your card. If you have concerns about an order delivery them
please use the shop contact form.

Membership/Elysium
Psychic School & How to cancel:
Your
first payment is for setting up the account after this you
make a small monthly subscription for membership. If you need
to cancel your membership you can do this with your Worldpay
control panel. We do not see or have access to your credit
card details. If you have lost your details you can contact
our online bankers at WorldPay. (The system for membership
subscriptions we are using is called FUTURE PAY)
The username and passwords you get from us to go to the chat room are NOT the ones to use with worldpay who are a bank and a separate organisation to us.
Accessing
your WorldPay control panel:
Cancelling
your FuturePay or amending your card details can be done through
the control
panel that WorldPay set up for you when you joined.
Worldpay now also have a Shopper
Management System to help you check FuturePay payments
and change card details. (Worldpay also have a list of useful
FAQs
if you get stuck)
If
you need to update your card to a new one:
1. Login to the Shopper
Management System in your Control Panel .
2. Go to the Change Card Details page (accessed via the Change
Details, then Change Card options).
3. Check your card details and make any changes, as necessary.
4. Please check any changes carefully before you click the
Submit button.
5. Your payment will be debited within 24 hours.
NOTE TO MEMBERS RENEWING AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION:
If you stopped being a member some months ago but decided to re-join again later then it is more cost effective to set up a NEW Futurepay account rather than reacivate an old one otherwise Worldpay will take the missing monthly payments

LOST USERNAME & PASSWORD?
If you have lost both your Worldpay username and password I may be able to re-set your password if you have either your futurepay number or you DELPHI username. A new password will be sent out to the original email address that you signed up with. Contact me with your full details via the membership form or the shop form. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to initiate sending out a new password immediately as I may be overseas or on vacation when you make this request. Please follow the instructions above first and only use this option as a last resort - regards Craig.
