If it seems like one moment you're
dropping off to sleep and the next the alarm clock is ringing, try getting
up early to find out what's going on in between. Maybe you remember
what you've dreamt upon awakening, but forget it later. Keeping a dream
diary will solve this problem.
Drawing and painting are excellent ways
to get in touch with your inner self. Scribble some doodles and check
a dream map, which will encourage you to make associations from a dream
fragment.
Lucid dreams are some of the most valuable
because you experience them with the same clarity as if you were awake.
Trigger them through the power of suggestion. Even recall past lives
and predict the future through the dream state.
Act on what your dreams are telling you
and make positive changes in your life!
This book also includes useful tips and
techniques to teach you how to have Psychic Dreams. In particular it
explains how to begin by recalling childhood memories and then tech
your dreams to retrieve information. Eventually the dreamer discovers
how to use dreams to recall their past lives

COMMENT:
Remembering
your dreams is about much more than dreams. I have written
many dream books but this one will be of particular interest to
anyone wishing to know more about the psychic content of dreams.
It will also help you to sleep better!

Review:
"I tried the relaxation exercises and I felt completely relaxed.
I just focus on the breathing I did this and I was surprised that I
was focusing on that for 30 minutes. And about the reflexology part
of the book and wiggling the toes I never thought about it but it does
actually wake you up. lol Pretty much it's a long winded answer to saying
that I am very much enjoying your book. It was the first time today
trying to relax, but with practice I'll soon be great at it." -Kevin |
