Is Everybody Psychic?

There are many people who are openly antagonistic to people who claim to be psychic. Many of these narrow minded individuals would deny the evidence no matter how overwhelmingly in favour of the existence of ESP. In this vendetta the scientists and the fundamentalist Christians share a common goal in discrediting the claims of psychics for, if what we say is true, then their treasured beliefs will be shaken to the very foundations. A person who is really in search of the truth is not upset if Truth turns out to be different from their preconceptions.

Those who deny their psychic powers suppress them but that's not to say that these unused gifts are not still latent within them. I believe that everyone has latent psychic powers and may even have latent powers of materialisation. With the growing acceptance of psychic powers the phenomena will continue to grow stronger. Many people believe that we are entering a new age of expanded consciousness and will soon witness incredible things in the years to come.

ODD DREAM

Some years ago, on the night before the Grand National, I dreamed of the race. I saw a group of horses with jockeys but the horses were standing or wandering about while the five or so jockeys were either lying on the ground or getting to their feet. I saw that the fence in front of them was broken down and I saw one loan horse shoot through the gap. I saw a glimpse of the winning post and a cry go out “The winner is the fifty-to-one outsider!!!”

Although I’m not usually a gambler, I looked at the morning paper, went straight down the bookies, and placed a bet on the only two horses with fifty-to-one odds. The exact event in my dream came true and Foinavon won at fifty-to-one. However, it wasn’t the horse I’d bet on. Unfortunately, there were three, not two horses, with fifty-to-one odds.
