In October it will be 5 years since I lost my father and 2 since I lost my mother.. I was extremely close to my parents. My mom was my best friend. I was only 17 when my father passed and 21 when my mom did. I've been having dreams since they died about them coming back and dying again or of them just suffering and dying. Since they have passed I have gotten engaged moved into an apartment and now my wedding is about 3 months away.. I seem to think about my parents daily.. I just woke up from two horrible dreams of my mom passing.. I can't remember the first one but the second goes like this...

I was having a party thrown by my parents at the place where I'm actually having my wedding.. I had to do a big speech and all I remember is a doctor calling saying my mom is in the hospital and that she might not make it..She initially came in for not being able to breathe.. I keep looking for her in the bleachers all of the sudden we're at some stadium but I couldn't find her anywhere.. I saw all my relatives and even friends then in my family spot I only saw my sister not my dad or mom.. So then I go home to get ready to go the catering place for the party and the doctor calls and says my mom is gone... I start screaming "No, she can't be.. Don't give up, please!" But they say she's gone sorry.. So then me and my sister are getting dressed but then my mom is in the house.. but she's dead so we can't talk to her but she's actually doing things. Then my fianc??s alarm woke me up..

I'm sorry for the long story but I don't know what to do.. I mean I can't understand this... It is really starting to scare me.. I hate to say it because I love my parents so much but just wish they wouldn't die in all my dreams.

Just curious if the not being able to breathe part was about me.. since I have been having trouble breathing.. I think it's my allergies.

Hi!
Lately I have had two different dreams that are bugging me.
The first dream that has been bugging me I had about 2 months ago. This dream was about my grandfather who passed away 16 years ago.
I was in our lounge at home with my family, grandmother and other relatives. Suddenly the door bell rang and my dad went to open the door. In walks my grandfather (dad's dad) and he came to sit next to me. He looked at me and was smiling. He asked how I've been ( I don't live in my home country anymore, I live abroad with my boyfriend) what I have been doing, how is my job etc? I answered to his questions and then I woke up...what does this dream mean? Can anyone explain?

Other "weird" dream I had on the other night. I was at home and my mum came home with a child, this child was 3 years old and when I looked at her it was me. My mum said to me "Here she is!" You know when you usually dream you are sort of like "behind the camera". Well in this dream I was out there and I was talking to this 3 year old me. She didn't say anything but she was smiling and laughing. When I tried to touch her it felt like I was thrown to the other side of the room and she went miles away from me. Then I woke up. What about this one? What does this dream mean?

It would be great if someone could give me answers to these two dreams.

Hi Dianne
You must have got great comfort,from the proof you were given before your mothers death, knowing she would be reunited with her loved ones.
I am also in developement circle at my local spiritualist church, and have done platform work also which makes me very nervouse and stage fright.
I would like to meditate everyday but with two small kids it can be tricky, i should do more often though as it helps me to relaxe.
Do you use music for meditation? I dont i prefer no sound as i feel music interupts me.

Hi Schweta,
If your boyfriend really loves you and accepts you as you are I am sure he will make his parents see you for the lovely person you are andthey will eventually come around to the idea of your marriage.
You sound like a very strong willed person and I am sure you will win in the end.

I am glad you returned from your nde malfunc. As for obe's tho where there has not been some sort of physical life threatening trauma to the body causing it, (which would make it an nde rather than the 'recreational' type obe) countless people deliberately and repetatively induce such states and are able to return so I am not sure where you got the idea that it is a risky pursuit. (I'd be interested in hearing the source of that thought tho )

According to spirit we all naturally have obe's whilst in sleep states just most times we do not recall it happening. I also have not heard of anyone coming back in spirit to say they ended up there from an obe gone wrong. I am sure if we were at risk of that then spirit would have warned us repetatively not to do it, ... as it is tho, it is only at the natural time of our death, (which is arguably pre- ordained) that a seperation from the physical body becomes permanent.

Hi,
many years ago I had an OBE/NDE and something I was acutely aware of was the absense of time during the OBE/NDE, it was as though time didn't exist. I believe there is another parallel realm that we cannot see whilst we are in this physical realm, and within the unseen realm time has no relevance. There is no beginning or end where time does not exist.

Hello ElectricNoodle,
it seems you had a somewhat vague OBE thru your desire to have one, a little word of warning - achieving this thru your willing it can be very risky. It's possible for a person to actually leave their body and not know, or be unable, to return. We are messing with forces that we know very little about. Many years ago I had an OBE which I wasn't seeking nor expected, it came as a result of a NDE and the only reason why I'm still here today is because something or someone far beyond my own capabilities allowed me to return to my body, an unseen spiritual force.

littlehalo mum was a medium and a great clairvoyant be fore she became sick
when she passed in march i felt many relatives next to her waiting for her to pass into spirit i could see only white clouds
i would get names of relatives i had not met before and i told dad that morning and they were all relatives that had passed
specialy a lady called aunty rimmer which asking dad it was mum and dads naughbor in england that passed many years ago
and she was waiting to take mum up to spirit with all her other relations like her mum and dad
my medium ship has blossemed since mums passing she has shown me more now than ever before because of work comitments life and family i just blocked everything out
but now im joining a development circle i meditate every day
i woud love to become a student on the forum and chat room but because i havnt got a credit card they wont let me join
