Contacting Spirits

It began shortly after my brother's best friend passed away and I had a bad car accident. I started receiving premonitions (most of which have not come true). However, the main point was that I started hearing a voice - an older woman of about 28-33 years old. She began directing me in my life and guiding me through certain times. Then I heard my brother's best friend's voice and it was like a gateway to tons of other voices that followed. Most voices and people that I saw in my mind were around my age and would talk to me. Believing that this was a mental illness, I began seeing a psychiatrist. Little did I know that soon I would be doing things that the voices told me to do (making different meals and snacks) and at times, it felt as though these "spirits" were even embodying me. Some were bad spirits and some were good spirits. Today, I am left confused, as I am unable to understand how they know so much about me, why they come to me, who they are, and how is it that they embody me and have me do certain things. Do you have any other stories like this? It kind of feels like the twilight zone... I don't understand how they can embody me and share thoughts with me - it is as though I am them when I communicate with them. I have names, but I don't know who they are or what they want.

My name is Heather and I have had an unusual happening in my life. This happening has been ongoing over the past seven years and is growing in connection still. I have had many strange things happen in and around the house. The dogs seem to see things as their eyes follow whatever they see across the room. I have had healing by sensation and heat. My vertigo has now gone and my husband has had his hip and knee healed which were both diagnosed at the hospital as wear and tear with no cure. I now have a very clear telepathic link to Alda and also to others. Some names are Almac, Jastis, Barro and Evan. I have seen many colours around myself and also in the house. Electrical appliances have been affected repeatedly. The television even had strange pictures appear on it. I have had sweet smells around me and also my mother and sisters have sensed these also. I feel ready now to release my work to people who wish to ask for my help. I believe that this contact is good and would be beneficial to those that are in need of healing or some contact to the other side. Strange

i was staying at my sisters a few years ago, went to bed and suddenly pink strips closed any opening for me to get out of bed, i then saw my sister but skin and clothing all in grey with her cat,after the pink sheeting around my bed had dissapeared, then this image of her dissapeared, and i heard her voice calling me. i said nothing next morning, but she mentioned i was calling to her,thats when i told her what had happened, she would not normally believe in this.
