the ram inn and others

This seems to happen to me on a regular basis and has been in since I was 9 and saw my first apparition, I delved into the haunted scene more so two years ago I kept noticing stories about the ancient ram inn, Wooton-under-edge, so I told my brother I would like to see it for myself so one day he staked it out with his friend on a random trip during the day. Which freaked him slightly he witnessed some poltergeist activity where a notice board was banging with force against the wall when he told me that, I was determined he take me to it so we headed off on a rather sunny day to the ram inn. I must say the place has a distinct atmosphere in dire need of restoration. I walked up the infamous stairway and suddenly had distinct pressure on my throat as if a noose was placed around it and it stayed with me through the top floor. the question that I ask about this sensation is it because of a past life they recognized something about my soul I have been told I had a witch life once upon a time or did I sense a murder or sacrifice as I walked up the stairs but curiously this has happened since I was in holy rood palace , Edinburgh in the queens bedroom I felt a male presence and then I had hand pressure placed around my throat they both have different sensations the rope came up to behind my ear and felt rough, the hands had a centralized feeling to each side of my throat I believe if it was spirit that historians have the wrong name attached to the holy rood palace spirit. The murder documented involved a stabbing whoever or whatever was strangled but am I right that I don't know what your opinion is?
