Empty face across me

Hello, personnaly i've had more stories each different, but this one is clear to me true, you've possibly read stories about people having sleep paralzisis and seeing ghosts, well my story is that a while ago i used to just wake up in my bed paralized and frozen with fear, but scientific evidence show it was just that i had a sleeping disorder(i have recieved much more sleep after the first paralisis) but i always seemed to just go to my room lay on my bed and just loss control of my strength and be helpless, this one time i was actually quite entertained by that fact that i was paralized (i'm young so blah)i layed there for about 30 seconds then suddenly this weird glow appeared infront of my face (the kind of glow that if you look at someones camera as it flashes then look away), i wasn't sure what it was, slowly i could see two eyes with a empty expression on her face as she layed face to face in front of me, i don't get scared by this so called paranormal anymore, things like this become second nature, but that face is undescribible in the blank eyes.. Ghosts are true and those who don't know this fact never meet a past being before.
