GOOD VIBRATIONS
  I have heard claims that spirits and ghosts are all a type of psychic energy that can be disrupted by other forms of energy such as lights, loud sounds, and heat. This is why sightings and paranormal activity usually occurs at night, or in a dark place, when it is very quiet. The change in energy also explains why a room can suddenly become cold during paranormal activity.
I was wondering what you thought of this? If this is so, couldn't people rid themselves of ghostly hauntings simply by blasting a stereo that emits tons of vibrations and turn on all the lights for a while to scatter the psychic energy? This would keep away the ghost until the energy gradually re-settled? I don't think that I understand how it all works. Can you shed some light on the subject for me?

 The most powerful energy in these cases is the energy we transmit by the power of our own thought. Positive thinking can dissipate negative energies. However, other forms of energy can also improve the vibration.
Doing as you suggest may well have a cleansing effect on the environment. In tribal societies it is common practice to make lots of noise and singing to frighten away spirits or to combat the negative energies of an eclipse.
