We have changed the way free psychic readings happen on this site so please read the instructions below carefully.
In the chat rooms we used to offer free psychic readings in the public areas of the chat rooms – called Delphi Psychic Chat. We no longer do this because of legal restrictions and we now feel that the chat areas are better reserved for chat and discussion.
We do however offer formal psychic evenings in the free Delphi Chat area. If you have ever visited a Spiritualist Church you may have enjoyed what they call “An Evening of Clairvoyance”. We now have these evenings of clairvoyance on the site very regularly and we host them in the free public areas of the chat rooms.
I (Craig) will also be demonstrating at many of these events and I hope it will give our site visitors the opportunity to get free psychic readings and examples of mediumship in a safe and well monitored environment.

HOW IT WORKS
(Note: Currently readings are taking place 24/7 in Elysium area or by prior arrangement in the public 'Demo Room'

Readings given during an Evening of Clairvoyance within Spiritualism are mediumistic (contact with the spirit world to give proof of survival). In the chat rooms I am fine also with psychic readings or oracle readings being used as well (so long as it is not passed off as mediumship or mixes mediumship with psychic)
We have Evenings of Clairvoyance regularly. Please engage with our Psychic Chat rooms and you can ask the monitors for more info about what takes place.

MEDIUM AND PSYCHIC READING FORMATS
What follows is a more detailed explanation of how we give free psychic and medium readings and gives a bit more detailed info for demonstrators too.
MODULE 1 – the short sessions. In Delphi Chat Room
INTRO: Our host will introduce the reader for the evening and tell you a little bit about them and their skills.
PSYCHIC READINGS: The demonstrator will either demonstrate mediumship or a psychic reading. They will select people from the chat room who they feel that they would like to give the reading to. Please try and reply reasonably promptly if you can. Normally the reader will do just a few readings and would not be expected to continue for long periods of time. Sometimes two readers may share the platform or work together on readings.
CLOSE: The host thanks the readers and sometimes may ask for your comments and to explain to others in the room some of the things in the reading that were really important to you and made the most sense. It is also nice if you get a message to post a thank you on the reading forums. The readers appreciate this. (I know I do!)
MODULE 2 – a longer session. In Delphi Chat Rooms
INTRO: Our host introduces the reader(s) etc.
SHORT TALK: The psychic or medium for the evening gives a short address. Often these are written in advance and copy pasted. However be aware that the system is set to stop ‘flooding’ so it is best to type as you go or past just one short sentence at a time. If the psychic or medium is a little shy that can ask someone else to take the address.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: All visitors can now question the speaker about issues and topics raised in the address. Please feel free to disagree with what is said or ask penetrating questions. We do however ask you to keep on topic and not ask questions of a personal nature or that require clairvoyance.
BREAK, HEALING OR MEDITATION: The host has the option to either have a break so you can all chat for a while or alternatively can call on someone to either lead an absent healing session or a guided meditation. This would not normally be done by the speaker. (This period will also give the demonstrating medium or psychic time to recover from his or her inspired address)
PSYCHIC OR MEDIUM READINGS: This is the part where the free psychic readings and mediumistic readings take place. You cannot ask for a reading but the speaker will select who she or he feels drawn to for the reading. Again please do try and respond reasonably quickly. When you have finished responding people usually type the letter ‘k’ to say they have finished.

MODULE 3 – Google Plus exception to structured sessions.
We do not allow spontaneous free psychic readings in the DELPHI area of the site. However readers may work AT ANY TIME in the Elysium members’ area. These of course will not be possible while a class or circle is taking place. For most M+ it is probably most interesting to go into the Elysium Area and, unless you just fancy casual chat, stay in Elysium.
The only non-formal reading we allow is for those non-members who have either won a site competition or who have been clicking the Google Plus buttons on the site. I get to see many of the people who have clicked the Google Plus buttons and as a thank you I will occasionally offer a free reading to them if I spot them in the public room.

FREE PSYCHIC READINGS IN THE ELYSIUM MEMBERS AREA
Readings can take place 24/7 in the Elysium area and will be supervised. Please remember – and this is very important - that these are mainly NOVICE readers so don’t go making life changing decisions based on your readings.
If a T+ or R+ is present please give them priority to read or let them to give guidance, tips and instruction about the readings.
