form is for people who have paid for membership (M+)
SOME
COMMON PROBLEMS:
CHATROOM PASSWORD
When you pay to become a M+, the M+ prefix will automatically
appear when you log in to Delphi Free Chat with your user
name. You will also be able to enter the members areas and make your own profile. There is a 'remember password' button on the main log in page. To get into the extra chatrooms you will need to get the latest access password from the members pages.
WORLDPAY PASSWORD
You
are also sent a seperate password by the Worldpay online
bank. This is for changing card details or making cancellations. It is important that you keep this information and your FUTUREPAY number should you wish to cancel membership in the future. More

NO
M+ IN DELPHI?
Problems can occur with your M+ in the
Delphi free Chat area if you have either registered more
than once or changed the original email address that you
first used to register/join the free Delphi Chat Area.
This may mean that you can get into the Elysium Psychic
School area but when you log into the free Delphi Chat
area you either have a different name or no M+ in front
of your name. Using the form below we may be able to identify
the problem and give you a M+ in Delphi. It is important
that you fill the form in correctly or we may not be able
to help you.
