Report Forum Spammers and people abusing the community
A popular site like our will inevitably be targeted by less popular sites and bogus people looking to sell readings or lure people away to other web sites. When our monitors are off line we rely on the good will of our loyal visitors to help us to keep these parasites away. We really appreciate your help in helping us to identify abusers of the site.
Complaints about our monitors:
Your complaint form will be looked at by me (Craig) and probably forwarded to a group of volunteers who look into legitimate complaints about the behaviour of our monitors. Anonymous complaints about monitors will be rejected.
Complaints about being booted or banned
Again your complaint will be viewed by a selected team of our monitors. Bad language and flaming about being banned usually gets you nowhere and may simply result on the ban being upgraded to a permanent and site wide ban so please be polite if you hope to get re-instated.
