Please note that a development circle is NOT suitable for people who are on medication or undergoing psychiatric treatment. You must be 18 or over. The circle may occasionally require you to sit for comparatively long periods in meditation during which time you will be expected not to fall asleep, fidget or require the toilet. This is a mixed aptitude circle. The circle includes some traditional Spiritualist methodology as well drawing on Eastern teachings. Occassionally Craig may demonstrate trance mediumship.
