Free Landscape Wallpaper Backgrounds This first image shows the view of Cheesefoot Head near Winchester Hampshire - a place where Craig hamilton-Parker and his spiritual circle go walking on the South Downs Way. In April 1944, the vast natural amphitheatre at Cheesefoot Head was the scene of a big US Army boxing tournament. Thousands of American and British troops filled the steeply sloping banks to see Joe Louis, the heavyweight champion of the world. Cheesefoot Head was also used by General Eisenhower to address the American troops prior to D-Day. Location: on the A272 close to Winchester

Free Rainbow Wallpaper Mystical Backgrounds Another picture taken on our walks. The path starts on the river Itchen in the centre of Winchester and ends near the Avon at Salisbury Cathedral. It provides a splendid variety of scenery along the way, including the water meadows of the valleys with their charming villages, ancient woodland and open down land with wide vistas. During our walks we discuss philosophy. This beautiful rainbow appeared in the sky after a long a particularly inspiring discussion. It is also a suitable wallpaper for fans of Rainbow's End and a very clear background image if you have a lot of icons on your desktop.
