PSYCHIC MEDIUM VIDEO

In this class I show my Psychic Circle the technique of blindfold clairvoyance. This is a method often used within medium’s circles as it forces the practitioner to trust their inner voice. This method helps to build a stronger link with spirit as it cuts out any other influences such as the sitter’s facial expression, tone of voice or clues given by their posture and gestures.

All the confirmations and denials given by the sitter are relayed by a third party and the medium (in this case me) is completely unaware of who is sat behind them. When the person about to receive the reading is selected, the other people in the circle are asked to shuffle around and make some noise as the selection is being made so that the medium giving the reading has no audible clue as to where the sitter was previously sat.

This method is very good at increasing the mediums ability to listen to the messages from spirit that they hear or sense from within. It internalises the clairvoyance and can also help to build the mediums confidence and ability.

It is quite a hard method for beginners and I struggled a little too at the start. Also the business about the Russian convoys was not taken at first but was taken afterwards. The circle has often been featured on Television. This was one of the first ever psychic programs shown on mainstream television. PSYCHIC CIRCLE AURA VIDEO

Jane and I made this video to help you understand the importance of the aura in psychic work and give you some guidance about what the colours mean. We also discuss Aura Photography and whether it is a legitimate method of photographing the aura. We also mention Kirlian Photography and whether aura polaroid's as simulations of the aura

OPENING & CLOSING FOR PSYCHIC CIRCLE MEDITATION

This is an audio track that you can use before your meditations. On the full CD I take you through the chakras one at a time. This extract follows from the point after the lower chakras are activated and leads you into a meditation that will energise your aura and increase your sensitivity to the spirit world.

Steinar and I have endeavoured to set a relaxing mood and I speak with language patterns that are conducive to deep meditation. Once this video has finished you may want to remain in meditation and feel yourself draw close to the spirit world.

I often use this CD to open my home Psychic Circles. Once everyone has used this CD to become attuned to spirit we meditate for another 15 minutes or so and then practice our clairvoyance.

Once we have finished our spiritual work we then return to meditation and then CLOSE THE AURA. It is important to do this after you have been working mediumistic or with clairvoyance as you will be highly sensitive. You need to close down afterwards or you will pick up other people's vibrations and will soon start to feel drained.

This CD will stop this occurring and will protect your aura from negative energies. TOP

PSYCHIC CIRCLE NIDRA TECHNIQUE

Yoga Nidra is a method that can enable you to interiorise the attention, release stress and brings general health and well being. It can also help you with your psychic development by focusing and moving the attention.

I also talk here about how Yoga Nidra can help with mediumistic development by bringing greater awareness of the astral body and the movement of prana through the body. This is a valuable technique to help both mediums and healers to become more aware of the aura and the vital forces within our being.

In video two I instruct the circle as to how to move the attention around the body. You may want to try this technique now though it would probably be best to sit with your eyes closed.

Because YouTube have a ten minute limit to their video uploads I have had to abridge the Yoga Nidra and miss out some of the visualising techniques that I included in this Psychic Circle. To do this you use visual imagery to seed a positive ambition or healing thought that takes root in the depth of your being and eventually becomes an actuality. TOP

If you want to learn more then I recommend this excellent book on Yoga Nidra Swami Satyananda Saraswati. Also look into the other books published by the Yoga Publications Trust that was established by Swami Niranjanananda in 2000. There are some superb books in this series to help the serious spiritual seeker.
